Athletic Physical Day

Hart High School is offering two additional ways to access doctors for sports physicals. Please see the following for making an appointment starting in May 2026.

1. Sports Physical Day on May 2nd, 2026. Sign-up here. Cost is $30, which will help our Sports Med program on campus. 

2. Exer Urgent Care and Canyon Urgent Care for athletic physical screenings. Please check back in April, 2026 for appointment options and locations.
