How to...Hart Webstore information

Step # 1 - Access Online Store

Cell Phones are not compatible, nor is Safari. We have found that the Mozilla Firefox internet browser works the best with our web store.

If experiencing any issues try this browser first before contacting for assistance.

Step #2 - Create Account

Click “My Account” then “Register for an account.”
Enter the requested information and click “Register.”
How to set up your account

Step #3 - Confirm Account

You will receive an e-mail from the Online Store. Click the link within the e-mail to confirm your account and return to the online store. 

Step #4 - Log In

Log in to the web store with your e-mail address and password you created. 

Linking Student Accounts

Some items may only be available to students. A student can be linked to any account through the following steps. While logged in to the online store click "My Account" then select the "My Family" tab on the left hand side. Enter the student's ID number in the space provided. Once you click "Add" the student's name will appear. You can repeat this process to add additional students

 

*Make Purchases*

ASB CARD DISCOUNTS WILL BE APPLIED DURING CHECKOUT. DO NOT CLICK BACK OR REFRESH WHILE PAYMENT IS PROCESSING. PLEASE BE PATIENT AS IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED TO PROCESS THE TRANSACTION!

 

*ID NUMBERS for New Students*

If you are continuing enrollment from another Wm. S. Hart Union HS District School, your ID Number is the same. If you are coming from outside the district and do not have your Student ID Number, please contact Christine Tempesta, our Registrar, at [email protected]

 

Having trouble buying items


iPhone Users:

The ASB Store payment processor has an issue when Cross Web Tracking is enabled on iPhone.

In order to check out on iPhone you will need to disable it.


  1. Go to Settings,
  2. find Safari,
  3. under Privacy and Security disable Cross Site Tracking.

Our webstore must redirect to our payment processor in order to complete your payment. These settings can be restored once your purchase is complete.


Here are some reason why you are receiving a warning box

This is because you can’t purchase more than the limits set by the school for this item . This purchase would exceed the limits.


Must pay unpaid balance


You will need to go to “My Account” “Unpaid Items”.  This must be paid before you can buy the new item.


Membership for your student is already in the cart.

You can only purchase one per individual.

  1.  Are you in the right school? You can only purchase items in the school your student is enrolled in.

  1. Yes, the student can be added to any accounts.

  1. Can students buy items for themselves?
  1. Yes, students can set up an account and purchase items.
