The Hart Parent Organization – HPO
The purpose of HPO is to benefit as many students as possible through our membership, fundraising, informational events and volunteer support. We work under the umbrella of the Hart Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit. Our tax ID is 95-4529527. In addition, HPO serves as an advisory group to the Principal regarding educational and facility needs, issues and improvements.
Please become a member today by including your payment in the white envelope provided in your registration packet. Membership is only $25 per family and every dollar raised stays at Hart.

All expenditure decisions are made by HPO with direction from the school administration. Annually, funding goes towards the HPO Student Assistance Fund, that includes AP tests along with 10 Senior Scholarships for HPO Members, presented at the end of the year. Additional funding goes toward major improvements that affect the greatest number of students. Purchases over the past few years include lighting & video equipment installation along with a new sound system for the gym, wiring for on-stage technology access, a projection system & new digital soundboard for our auditorium and purified water filling station for the cafeteria and large gym. This year in 2019, we are purchasing a much-needed screen for the Hart Auditorium. If you have an idea for fundraising, please let us know!
